To start a process of cotutelle agreement we need the following documents/information:

• Individual instruction form;

• Statement of agreement signed by thesis supervisors from both universities, and also signed by the PhD Doctoral Program Director and Organic Unit Director/ Department Director;

• The work plan dated, signed and initial each pages by the student and the thesis supervisors from both universities;

•  Draft of the cotutelle agreement model of the University of Aveiro or partner university model;

• Copy of the contract of the scholarship or document referring responsible for payment of tuition / enrollment / emoluments and other expenses (eg. travel and accommodation).

The documents after completed and signed shall be:

• Deliver in paper in the Academic Management - SGA;
